Providers Offering App Marketplaces

Many cloud providers offer easy "one-click" deployments of popular apps. These deployments start with a base OS image and then run scripts to add the configuration you set in the web UI, but you may still need to configure the application to get it working properly in your environment.

VPS Resource Pools

Some cloud providers offer plans where you get a "pool" of vCPUs, RAM, and storage. You can then create as many VPSs as vCPUs you have in the pool. (A machine has got to have at least one!) Here are some links to providers offering those services

Microhosting?

There's another kind of hosting that takes micro-managing a server to a whole new level. Known as a platform-as-a-service (PaaS) these hosts take take server management off the table and host your apps individually while taking care of all the infrastructure stuff for you. These services are marketed towards developers to help deploy and scale their apps, but there are services that offer isolated instances of popular apps directy to self-hosters. One such service is called PikaPods. Some apps cost only $1.20 USD per month to start and you can add more vCPUs or RAM (for a small extra change) to increase performance.

A word of caution though; just like with using a low-cost VPS, you are still sharing resources with other customers. If this is a concern for your threat model, then it's best to go another route for hosting your application.
